5 Steps with AMADEUS on the road to perfect acoustics

A successful AMADEUS installation takes place in several phases: Design, Installation, Technical Tuning, Artistic Tuning and Maintenance.

Measuring and tuning the music is the key to a successful installation. Qualified and certified personnel are part of the process. AMADEUS guides and advises at all stages. Depending on the complexity of the project, the duration of each stage may vary.

PHASE 1: DESIGN

1 Define acoustic guidelines for the space with detailed description of acoustic scenarios and presets.

2 Support the project team with speaker and microphone integration.

3. specification of speakers, microphones and other system components.

PHASE 2: INSTALLATION

4 Speakers, microphones, cabling and technical stands are installed by the system integrator (this is not done by AMADEUS Acoustics).

5 AMADEUS supports the system integrator in any upcoming issues.

PHASE 3: TECHNICAL TUNING (CALIBRATION)

6. basic calibration of all system components

7. site-specific configuration of AMADEUS Core

→ Estimated time: about 2-3 days (depending on the complexity of the project)

PHASE 4: ARTISTIC TUNING (FINETUNING)

8. tuning and optimizing presets by listening and acoustic measurements.

9. optimization of previously measured technical pressure

10. rehearsals with musicians and orchestra

→ Expected time: about 1-2 days

PHASE 5: MAINTENANCE AND ONGOING SUPPORT

After a few months or a year, we recommend maintenance to check the quality of the acoustics. If necessary, we can create adaptations of the original presets to better suit the needs of the space. In addition, we offer lifetime support.
