I hereby give my consent to Commercial Audio sp. z o.o. to share personal data concerning me in the scope of: name, surname, e-mail address, position and company name. headquartered in Warsaw at: 86a Jeziorki St., 02-863 Warsaw, acting as administrator of such data (within the meaning of the applicable regulations on personal data protection, viz: Regulation [EU] 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [General Data Protection Regulation, hereafter referred to as „RODO”]) by the organizer of the event: [Commercial Audio Workshop - music production, use of SSL interfaces]. (hereinafter referred to as the „Event”) Access to personal data will be granted to authorized members of Commercial Audio's staff and Commercial Audio's processors (in particular, those who ensure the proper operation of Commercial Audio's ICT infrastructure). Personal data will remain appropriately - with the use of adequate security measures, proportional to the identified risks associated with their processing - secured by Commercial Audio, in particular against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access, also with the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in the event that the processing would include the need to transfer them outside the European Economic Area, as well as by Commercial Audio's processing entities. Personal data will be processed until the completion of the activity indicated above, or until the earlier withdrawal of consent for processing. Personal data to the extent indicated above will be processed on the basis of voluntary consent. Failure to give your consent will result in preventing the implementation of the activity indicated above.
