Clear-Com Freespeak Central Station FSEII-BASE-II-5

FreeSpeak II® is an extremely powerful wireless intercom system operating at 1.9 and 2.4GHz designed to provide the highest level of communication for the most extensive professional productions and installations.

The FreeSpeak FSII-BASE-II-5 base station provides a focal point for the beltpacks and antennas of the FreeSpeak II 1.9 GHz and 2.4 GHz wireless intercom system. The FSII-BASE-II-5 has four dedicated 2-wire ports for analog partyline systems, four 4-wire ports and four displays equipped with soft buttons. A dedicated stage announce (SA) output and audio program input are also available.

Action

A single base station can operate simultaneously with both FreeSpeak II 1.9GHz and 2.4GHz antennas supporting up to 5 1.9GHz and/or 2.4GHz beltpacks and 10 antennas via two antenna splitters (FSII-SPL). The user interface allows configuration and monitoring of the system while the base station is in headend mode with Talk and Call soft keys. A dedicated headset jack located on the front panel allows communication and call monitoring. Channels and all functions are accessed via a menu from the base station or via the browser-based Core Configuration Manager (CCM) software.

Core Configuration Manager and InSite

Core Configuration Manager (CCM) is for FSII-BASE-II-5 an integrated, browser-based software tool, compatible with the latest versions of all popular browsers. It allows immediate access to the system its configuration, management and monitoring. The intuitive user interface through a consistent design speeds up and simplifies the operation of the FSII-BASE-II-5, antennas, beltpacks, providing instant access to key features such as save, restore, text message, individual or group calls to beltpacks or remote microphone muting.
InSite enables real-time monitoring and telemetry of beltpacks and antennas, delivering an improved user experience in both audio quality and ease of use for all users. InSite includes tools for system engineers and technicians to track beltpacks switching between antennas and their coverage and key parameters over a given period of time, helping tremendously in optimizing the system to deliver the best possible quality.
