ControlSpace Cloud allows remote system monitoring and troubleshooting of ControlSpace devices from anywhere with network access.

It allows you to respond immediately and even predict system problems before they occur, reducing unnecessary site visits. It is fully scalable, so you can monitor just one room or multiple organizations around the world - all from a single dashboard.

Full real-time access

With an EX or ESP* processor in the system, critical amplifier data such as status, faults, errors, overdrive and limiter activity are sent to the cloud without VPN or additional hardware. Device history is also stored, and notifications can be sent via email, Teams, Slack or other popular platforms whenever a problem arises.

Easy installation - no additional hardware required.

Simply enable ControlSpace Cloud in the main DSP to automatically see all connected devices in the cloud - no VPN setup, no additional hardware and no additional cost. All that is required is a software and firmware update via ControlSpace Designer.
