Marian Audio Clara E is a sound card that supports up to 512 bi-directional channels, long-distance connectivity over inexpensive network cables and infrastructure, sampling up to 192 kHz, automatic configuration - all these advantages of the Dante protocol are now available with Clara E at an amazingly low price. Unlike virtual solutions, Clara E offers the security of redundancy with 2 separate network ports and latency down to 1 ms combined with a reliable PCIe interface.

Fast and reliable Treiber package for multiple customers

The continuously improved driver includes multi-client support for ASIO 2.2, as well as multi-channel WDM / WASAPI audio with the lowest latency in all software environments. This ensures that multiple audio applications can simultaneously access the sound system through the same or different driver interfaces.

Real-time routing, mixing and equalization

Each input signal of the sound system can be adjusted in volume and routed without delay to any output. The BEAST DSP mixer also sums up to 64 signals to 8 different buses and plays them to any number of outputs without delay. What's more, the BEAST mixer adds playback signals from any DAW program. There are 4 parametric equalizers for audio processing on each channel of the BEAST mixer.

Optional extensions

An optional plug-on module serves as a bridge to classic audio formats and extends Clara E with AES/EBU, ADAT or analog interfaces. Signals from these interfaces are also available for routing and the Beast mixer, so they can be integrated into a Dante network.

If several Clara E devices are installed in a single computer, they are synchronized via the TDM SyncBus and displayed in the ASIO application as a connected sound system. Up to 32 audio signals can be exchanged in the Beast Mixer with other Clara sound systems (e.g. Clara Dmaj), and thus integrated with ASIO.
