SSL ML32.32 ANALOG STAGEBOX WITH SUPERANALOGUE TECHNOLOGY

SSL ML32.32 analog stagebox is a device designed for consoles of the series. SSL Live. It boasts not only 32 inputs and 32 outputs, but also redundant MADI connections.

Superior sound quality with SuperAnalogue technology

The ML32.32 analog stagebox is 5U in size. What's more, it features 32 remotely controlled microphone/line inputs and outputs working in the SSL SuperAnalogue. All inputs and outputs are available on the front panel.

A/D D/A conversion is done inside the stagebox. The unit has two MADI In/Out coaxial pairs, which can be configured as redundant.

The device also has an additional pair of coaxial outputs for connection to a second device.

Built-in analog splitter for easier use with other consoles

The ML 32.32 also comes with an optional built-in rear panel active splitter (after Phantom power).

On the rear panel there are not only connectors, but also switches for changing the sampling frequency and buttons for setting the clock source. In addition, the device also features MIDI and GPIO connectivity.

VARIOUS STAGEBOX CONFIGURATIONS SSL ML32.32

Stagebox SSL ML series can occur in different configurations depending on the user's needs:

  • ML32.32 - 32 analog inputs/32 analog outputs.
  • ML32.32 with Split - 32 analog inputs/32 analog outputs and analog split (post phantom power).
  • MLI.32 - 32 analog inputs.
  • MLI.32 with Split - 32 analog inputs and analog split (post phantom power).
  • MLO.32 - 32 analog outputs.

SSL D32.32 - STAGEBOX AES/EBU - MADI

SSL D32.32 is a digital stagebox for consoles of the series SSL Live recognized production SSL companies. It's worth mentioning that it offers up to 16 AES/EBU connections with resampling and MADI connection redundancy.

DIGITAL STAGEBOX D32.32

D32.32 is a 2U stagebox giving 16 pairs of AES / EBU inputs and outputs. The unit has two pairs of coaxial MADI I/O, which can be configured as redundant. The unit also has an additional pair of coaxial outputs for connection to a second unit. On the rear panel, in addition to the connectors, there are both switches for changing the sampling frequency and buttons for setting the clock source. What's more, the device features MIDI and GPIO connections.

SSL BLIID - MADI HUB

SSL BLIID is a Madi hub that allows you to connect up to 8 stageboxes both analog and digital SSL with consoles of the series SSL Live.

256 CHANNELS INDEPENDENTLY FOR 2 CONSOLES

The BL II.D is a 2U high hub that features a redundant pair of Blacklight II connectors on the front panel. What's more, each connection contains 256 channels of audio at 96 kHz and is used to connect the cable to the console.

The rear panel provides 8 redundant pairs of MADI coaxial connectors (expandable to 16 pairs). This is a high-speed MADI I/O device with high bandwidth, so it provides impeccable connectivity between digital devices. It also provides connectivity between any configuration of 32/32 analog and 32/32 AES / EBU devices and a second SSL Live console.

SSL Madi Bridge

SSL NETWORK I/O: MADI-BRIDGE, is a device developed for broadcast and studio use. It provides a bridge between the standard MADI format and IP Audio networks using DANTE transmission. The MADI-BRIDGE allows connection to Dante-based IP Audio networks, SSL C100 and C10 broadcast consoles or other standard MADI devices, providing full redundancy. This means that the system's critical components are duplicated to reduce the likelihood of breakdown. By adapting to AVB and AES67 standards, the device is ready for future audio network development. Offering 64 channels per bridge (@ 48kHz) and up to 512 channels per 1GB network link, Dante is fully scalable and capable of routing channel counts from tens to thousands by using standard IT infrastructure.

The power supply, MADI ports and IP ports are designed to ensure uninterrupted operation and audio transmission, even in critical situations. In addition to the built-in clock redundancy options on the Dante controller, the MADI-Bridge also has a pair of additional inputs for internal synchronization. SSL MADI-BRIDGE can work with any Dante-based controller and device, is inter-operational and caters to broadcasters by fully understanding their critical needs.

The SSL MADI-Bridge features a level-adjustable (rotary) headphone jack on the front panel and built-in headphone monitor routing, replacing the traditional patch bay. A simple control panel makes it easy to route mono or stereo paths from MADI In, Out MADI, Dante Dante In, or directly to headphones. The LCD screen provides signal measurement and shows four points in the signal chain : MADI In, MADI Out, Dante In, Dante Out. GPIO connections provide information transfer and switching function across the network with Audio.

Madi-Dante bridge - main features:

  • MADI -DANTE interface for IP audio networks
  • PSU, MADI ports, Dante, Sync In - full redundancy for broadcast
  • GPIO connectivity for the entire network
  • Redundant network extension ports - Local IO on a bridge without a switch
  • Word Clock Out - MADI device clock to Dante network.
  • Virtual Headphone Patch Bay - 4 locations
  • Signal monitoring and measurement
  • Lock mode - protection against accidental changes of settings on the front panel
