At ISE2024, Clear-Com will showcase its latest cloud-based intercom system, Gen-IC!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clear-Com\u00ae<\/mark><\/a> introduces the Gen-IC Cloud Intercom\u00ae system, a secure and flexible virtual intercom solution that leverages state-of-the-art cloud management technologies. The scalable Gen-IC system enables the rapid creation of new virtual clients or the expansion of existing ones, as well as integration with Clear-Com\u2019s extensive hardware infrastructure via LAN, WAN, and the Internet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signal latency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Signal latency is a particularly important issue in communication. Clear-Com has developed a unique solution that allows for the regionalization of end users. This minimizes the delays inherent in virtual applications, giving administrators the ability to easily deploy the Gen-IC cloud-based intercom system closest to where the configured teams will be working. Furthermore, Gen-IC instances distributed around the world can be combined to create a unified tool for communication and collaboration on critical productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During extensive field trials, the Gen-IC Cloud Intercom solution proved itself even in the most demanding situations. After the product was tested by Antonio Barbosa, an engineer at TV Globo, and his team, they concluded that \u201eTV Globo\u2019s experience with testing the Gen-IC Cloud Intercom was remarkable. The system delivered seamless communication and exceptional audio quality, even during periods of high data traffic.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The system was designed with ease of use in mind and incorporates award-winning virtual solutions, such as. the Agent-IC\u00ae mobile app<\/mark><\/a> and a virtual desktop client Station-IC\u2122<\/mark><\/a>, eliminating the need for additional training for existing users. Connections from virtual clients to hardware ecosystems are possible using the existing range of Clear-Com LQ\u00ae Series IP Interfaces, without the need for additional equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Clear-Com SkyPort, through Workspace Management, makes it easier for Partners to manage multiple customer locations and events within a single online application. With SkyPort, Partners can authorize local administrators to manage events and delegate control to users, while still benefiting from the impressive support capabilities offered by Clear-Com through its partner network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
