DirectOut RAV.RAV.SRC.IO<\/h1>\n

RAV.RAV.SRC.IO is a dual-channel network audio module for the series PRODIGY<\/a> i MAVEN.A<\/a> capable of handling two 64-channel RAVENNA streams.<\/p>\n

One module, two audio engines<\/strong><\/p>\n

The module, equipped with two audio network cards, offers 2 x 64 RAVENNA channels. It can be connected to two different RAVENNA environments, each with 64 channels, and provides seamless switching between networks in redundancy mode.<\/p>\n

Sample Rate Conversion<\/strong><\/p>\n

A custom HD SRC chip for bidirectional sample rate conversion is built in as standard.
\nThe two audio network cards can operate at different sample rates.
\nDual network modules provide a seamless connection between clock boundaries and different audio protocols in a single module.<\/p>\n

Redundant streams<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are 2 x 2 independent network interfaces to connect each protocol via a second stream (primary\/secondary or Port 1 \/ Port 2).<\/p>\n

The number of audio channels per protocol is reduced at higher sampling rates - 32 channels at 2 FS or 16 channels at 4 FS.<\/p>\n

RAVENNA is an open audio networking technology initially developed by the ALC NetworX<\/a>.
\nDirectOut's own implementation of RAVENNA is based on more than a decade of development.<\/p>\n
