FreeSpeak Cell is a multichannel, full-duplex, digital, cellular\nintercom system that uses LTE and 5G infrastructure and is part of the FreeSpeak\u00ae product family.<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

Because it operates on LTE and 5G networks, its range can extend beyond the boundaries of a single building or complex, enabling communication across vast areas or in distributed production facilities.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

FreeSpeak Cell supports: <\/h4>\r\nCompatibility with LTE and 5G networks\r\nPrivate CBRS LTE network (Band 48) in the United States\nSupport for two SIM cards, including a physical SIM card and an eSIM\nGlobal radio support in the 700\u2013900 MHz and 1700\u20134200 MHz bands\r\nThe dual-SIM design allows users to configure access to private cellular networks, public carrier networks, or a combination of both, depending on their operational needs. \r\n

Solution designed for large-scale operations in distributed environments <\/h4>\r\nFreeSpeak Cell complements Clear-Com's existing portfolio of FreeSpeak wireless intercom systems, extending the communication range beyond the physical limitations of traditional radio frequency-based systems. While FreeSpeak II is optimized for indoor facilities and local productions, FreeSpeak Cell is designed for large, distributed environments that require wide coverage, high user density and seamless communication across campuses, facilities or geographically dispersed production zones. \r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

Infrastructure and deployment model <\/h4>\r\nUnlike traditional systems based on DECT or UHF technology, which require the deployment of local transceivers throughout the facility, FreeSpeak Cell utilizes existing cellular infrastructure. In facilities equipped with private LTE or 5G networks, the system can operate using that infrastructure. In other environments, it can use public carrier networks, provided that coverage and policies permit it. \r\n\r\nThis approach reduces the amount of on-site radio infrastructure required for large-scale deployments and simplifies coordination in markets with limited spectrum. \r\n\r\nThe system is designed to support multichannel, full-duplex voice communication in parallel with other processes operating on the same network, including data and video transmission applications, depending on the network configuration and available bandwidth. \r\n\r\nBy relying on cellular infrastructure rather than site-specific RF transceivers, FreeSpeak Cell can significantly reduce the amount of temporary equipment, cabling, and frequency coordination typically required for large-scale productions.
