Competition Regulations: „Commercial Audio Workshop - Music Production, Use of SSL Interfaces”.”

1. general provisions

1.1 The organizer of the competition „Commercial Audio Workshop - Music Production, use of SSL interfaces” (hereinafter: „Competition”) is Commercial Audio Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, 86a Jeziorki Street, 02-863 Warsaw, NIP: 951 255 04 12, REGON: 523242445, KRS: 0000994236 (hereinafter: „Organizer”).

1.2 The competition will be held during the event „Commercial Audio Workshop - Music Production, use of SSL interfaces” organized at the Supersound Music Store in Warsaw on February 26, 2025 from 12:00 to 20:00.

1.3 Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

1.4 These Regulations set forth the terms and conditions of participation in the Contest (hereinafter: „Regulations”).

2. participants in the competition

2.1 Participants in the Contest may be individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who participate in the event „Commercial Audio Workshop - Music Production, use of SSL interfaces”.

2.2 Employees of the Organizer, persons cooperating with the Organizer and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings) are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

3 Rules of the Competition

3.1 The contest consists of the correct answer to the contest question posed by the conducted during the event „Commercial Audio Workshop - Music Production, use of SSL interfaces”.

3.2 The contest question will be asked publicly during the event during the designated segment.

3.3 The Participant who is the first to provide the correct answer will be the winner of the Contest.

4 Award

4.1 The prize in the Contest is an SSL Recording Pack (hereinafter: „Prize”).

4.2 The prize may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or any other prize in kind.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to tax the Prize in accordance with applicable tax laws.

5. announcement of the winner and release of the Prize

5.1 The winner of the Contest will be announced immediately after the correct answer to the contest question.

5.2 The prize will be presented to the winner immediately after the event.

5.3 In the event that the winner is unable to pick up the Prize in person, the Prize may be shipped to the address indicated by the winner, provided that the winner pays the shipping costs.

6 Complaints

6.1 Any complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted in writing to the address of the Organizer's headquarters within 7 days after the end of the Contest.

6.2 Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

6.3 Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt. The decision of the Organizer on the complaint is final.

7 Data protection

7.1 The administrator of the personal data of the Contest participants is Commercial Audio Ltd.

7.2 Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Contest and issuing the Prize.

7.3 The participant has the right to access the content of his data, to correct it and to request its deletion.

8 Final provisions

8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons, of which the participants will be informed before the beginning of the Competition.

8.2 Any disputes arising from participation in the Contest shall be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's headquarters.

8.3 The Regulations are available upon request from the Organizer and on the event website.
