Clear-Com CCM management software

Clear-Com Core Configuration Manager (CCM™) is an integrated, browser-based software tool that enables rapid configuration and monitoring of Clear-Com systems.

Core Configuration Manager (CCM) for the FreeSpeak Edge® base station and Arcadia® central station features an intuitive user interface that allows quick and easy configuration of the base station with role-based beltpacks, including save and restore, text messages, call tones for individual beltpacks or groups, and remote microphone disabling. In the status page, the user can see the volume levels on all beltpacks simultaneously.

Role-based configuration

A role is a tagged configuration set that can be assigned to any device of the same type in the system, by a system administrator or operator. Configuring system endpoints using roles is not only an intuitive way to configure and manage devices, but also allows you to repurpose equipment and quickly deploy devices in your system. In this version of CCM, roles can include two different types of beltpacks (i.e. FreeSpeak II® and FreeSpeak Edge). The system intelligently directs audio to the appropriate relationships.
