Clear-Com Agent-IC mobile app

Agent-IC® is a mobile application for the Eclipse® HX matrix and LQ® Series devices that provides remote intercom access from tablets, smartphones or smartwatches over wireless networks.

Agent-IC is a free downloadable application that provides Eclipse HX administrators with the ability to have a fully functional mobile intercom station on iOS and Android devices. Each Agent-IC client's access is managed by a central administrative control within the Eclipse HX EHX software.
The system supports user login and audio encryption for a secure and private interface with Eclipse HX. Agent-IC supports one-to-one, one-to-many, partyline, ISO and IFB communications. The application also supports local crosspoint level control and notification functions.

Installation and accessibility

Users of iPhones, iPads, or devices running iOS 10.0* or later can easily install the Agent-IC app from the Apple App Store™. Users of select devices running Android 7.1* or later can easily install the Agent-IC app from Google Play™. Once installed, they can connect to any Eclipse HX matrix host available on the network. Login credentials and E-IPA-HX cards for the Eclipse HX matrix are required. Up to 64 clients can be assigned to a single E-IPA-HX card.

Support

Agent-IC uses the G.722 codec and operates on Wi-Fi, 3G, and 4G/LTE networks. Since it connects to the Eclipse HX array via the E-IPA-HX card, no additional server is required for operation. The ergonomic, user-friendly interface is designed to be consistent with other user panels, such as the V series. It is configured as a dedicated intercom panel, allowing users to monitor and/or co-manage the array’s assigned resources. The convenient "Swipe-to-Latch" gesture is easy to use and prevents accidental key latching. Large Talk and Listen buttons ensure easy readability and functionality on smaller devices, such as iPhones. All buttons feature individual mix level control.
