Commercial Audio standard warranty

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase at authorized dealer, which is indicated on the Commercial Audio website under the tab Where to Buy.

Commercial Audio, as the exclusive distributor of pro audio brands in Poland, provides a standard warranty for each series of equipment for periods of time:

2-year equipment warranty:

Solid State Logic: 2 / 2+ / 12 / 18 / Alpha 8 / Fusion / Bus+ / Six / BigSix / PureDrive Octo / Pure Drive Quad / Modules 500 / UC1 / UF1 / UF8

Bose Professional: S1Pro+ / L1 series / F1 series / SUB 1 / SUB 2 / T4s / T8s /.

ATC Loudspeakers: all models

Clear-Com; all devices

3-year equipment warranty:

DirectOut: all devices

Bose Professional: WORK Series

5-year equipment warranty:

Bose Professional: INSTALL series: all amplifiers, signal processors, speakers that do not have their own power supply (amplifier).

Commercial Audio's standard warranty terms:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an authorized dealer and ends after two years. Defects in the goods revealed during the warranty period will be corrected free of charge, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the equipment at Commercial Audio, or at our sole discretion, the product will be replaced with a new one.

The warranty is tied to the product and is transferable. The warranty for a second hand/used product starts from the original date of sale. Warranty repairs must be made only through Commercial Audio or our authorized service technicians. The warranty covers the cost of parts and labor.

If it is necessary to import replacement parts from abroad, the repair period may be extended, of which Commercial Audio will immediately notify the device owner and/or dealer.

Failure to verify the defect with the person delivering the equipment to the service center or the end user is grounds for not undertaking repairs.

In the case of delivery of technically sound equipment to the service, the applicant will be charged for the cost of diagnosis and return shipment.

Limitations of Commercial Audio's warranty terms and conditions:

The product warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased outside the authorized dealer network. A list of authorized dealers is available HERE.
  • Products without a dated proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt) from an authorized dealer or distributor.
  • Use not in accordance with the instructions for use of the product in question.
  • Products whose serial number has been modified, has become illegible or has been removed.
  • Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., fall/impact, water, dust/sand).
  • Defects resulting from normal use or wear and tear, or normal aging of the product.
  • Only cosmetic blemishes on the product (such as dust).
  • Wearable parts, such as batteries, unless the damage was caused by a material or manufacturing defect.
  • Activities without mains grounding.
  • Unauthorized modifications or service.
  • Products that are not packaged in the original packaging
  • Extreme environmental conditions (including extreme temperatures and extreme humidity), extreme physical or electrical stresses, disturbances, fluctuations or voltage spikes in the power supply, lightning strikes, static electricity, fire, force majeure or other external factors.

There is a 12-month warranty on repairs. The warranty covers only the replaced parts and the labor involved in replacing those parts.

Customer Responsibilities

To obtain the services available under the product warranty, the customer agrees:

  • Provide with the device a copy of the original product purchase receipt issued by the authorized dealer/distributor.
  • If possible, process all warranty claims through the dealer who supplied the product, or through a distributor.
  • Provide information on symptoms and causes of problems with the product.
  • Make a final formal warranty repair request using the online service repair request form HERE.
  • Respond to inquiries, including requests for the product serial number, model, peripherals connected to the product, faults heard/observed, actions taken before the product problem occurred, and measures taken to resolve the problem.
  • Follow all instructions, including how to package the product in the original product packaging.
  • The purchaser is obliged to deliver the subject of the warranty at his own expense, together with all accessories and the purchase document, as well as the attached description of the defect.

If the warranty is accepted, after repair, the equipment is sent back at Commercial Audio's expense.

Commercial Audio is not responsible for damage to equipment caused during transportation.

Commercial Audio extended warranty

Commercial Audio offers the possibility to extend the warranty period for the following devices for specific periods. The warranty period is extended for the specified period of time for a particular product from the date of purchase, provided that registration is made within 30 days from the date of purchase with the dealer indicated on the Commercial Audio website under the tab Where to Buy.

Warranty extension for a period of 5 years:

Commercial Audio Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions:

  • The product comes from official PL distribution and was purchased from a dealer indicated by Commercial Audio
  • The product must be delivered with the original or a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • The product was used in accordance with the instruction manual
  • Product, has visible and indelible serial numbers
  • The product has not been damaged by mishandling (e.g., fall/impact, water, dust/sand).
  • The product was used according to the manufacturer's recommendations with a power ground.
  • The product has not been subjected to prolonged overloading
  • The product has not undergone modification or unauthorized repair.
  • The product, is packaged in the original packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged by extreme environmental conditions (including extreme temperatures and extreme humidity), extreme physical or electrical stresses, interference, fluctuations or voltage spikes in the power supply, lightning strikes, static electricity, fire, force majeure or other external factors.
  • Extended warranty DOES NOT apply to wear parts such as batteries, sockets or similar.

Extended manufacturer's warranty

ATC Loudspeakers offers an extended warranty period for all models for a period of 6 years. The warranty period is extended provided that registration is made within 30 days from the date of purchase at the dealer indicated on the Commercial Audio website under the tab Where to Buy.
