The older of the SiX brothers, BiG SiX It’s now an even more powerful analog mixer. SSL is responding to user requests and is adding 3 free licenses for the FlexVerb, X-Echo, and X-Delay spatial effects to every registered BiG SiX audio console.
With this setup, you have more than just EQ, compressors, and analog level controls for each channel at your fingertips. Now, using a computer with a DAW, you can access FX sends and returns right from the mixer. The promotion runs through the end of the year, so if you’re thinking about purchasing a top-quality, compact, complete recording studio system, now is the best time. Important note: Users who have previously purchased the product will also receive these licenses!
FlexVerb - is a full-featured and extremely versatile SSL reverb designed for quick and intuitive use in the mix. The combination of early and late bounces in the FlexVerb interface produces a natural room enriched with extremely diverse decay options.
X-Echo – This plugin is inspired by tape delays from the 1960s and 1970s, and when combined with the SSL sound, it creates a modern tool with a vintage character
X-Delay – This is SSL’s latest effects processor, inspired by gear from the ’80s, when long delays, big vocals, and spacious guitar parts reigned supreme. The BiG SiX analog mixer and X-Delay are the recipe for great layered tracks, extraordinary spatial sounds, and unique sonic creations that will take you back to the ’80s or send you into the future to the year 2080.
