At ISE2024, Clear-Com will showcase its latest cloud-based intercom system, Gen-IC!
Clear-Com® introduces the Gen-IC Cloud Intercom® system, a secure and flexible virtual intercom solution that leverages state-of-the-art cloud management technologies. The scalable Gen-IC system enables the rapid creation of new virtual clients or the expansion of existing ones, as well as integration with Clear-Com’s extensive hardware infrastructure via LAN, WAN, and the Internet.
Signal latency
Signal latency is a particularly important issue in communication. Clear-Com has developed a unique solution that allows for the regionalization of end users. This minimizes the delays inherent in virtual applications, giving administrators the ability to easily deploy the Gen-IC cloud-based intercom system closest to where the configured teams will be working. Furthermore, Gen-IC instances distributed around the world can be combined to create a unified tool for communication and collaboration on critical productions.
Tests
During extensive field trials, the Gen-IC Cloud Intercom solution proved itself even in the most demanding situations. Integration
The system was designed with ease of use in mind and incorporates award-winning virtual solutions, such as. the Agent-IC® mobile app and a virtual desktop client Station-IC™, eliminating the need for additional training for existing users. Connections from virtual clients to hardware ecosystems are possible using the existing range of Clear-Com LQ® Series IP Interfaces, without the need for additional equipment.
Management
Clear-Com SkyPort, through Workspace Management, makes it easier for Partners to manage multiple customer locations and events within a single online application. With SkyPort, Partners can authorize local administrators to manage events and delegate control to users, while still benefiting from the impressive support capabilities offered by Clear-Com through its partner network.
